REFUND & RETURN POLICY White Wardrobe Hire
Cancellations
We do not offer monetary refunds on hire fees. If you need to cancel your booking, the following applies:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event date are eligible for a store credit valid for 12 months, which can be used toward any future hire.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of your event date are not eligible for a store credit or refund.
- Once a garment has been dispatched, no store credit or refund will be issued under any circumstances.
To cancel your booking please contact us at whitewardrobehire@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Garment condition
All garments are pre-loved and may show minor signs of wear. We will always disclose any known condition issues in the listing and take great care to ensure every garment is sent out clean and wearable.
If you receive a garment that you consider to be unwearable due to significant damage or condition issues not disclosed in the listing, you must notify us within 4 hours of delivery with photos via DM or email. If we are satisfied that the issue was not disclosed and affects wearability, a full refund will be issued.
Minor imperfections consistent with pre-loved garments are not grounds for a refund.
Failure to notify us within 4 hours of delivery will be taken as acceptance of the garment's condition.
No refund situations
We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- The garment does not fit
- Your event is cancelled or postponed
- You change your mind
- Australia Post delays mean the garment arrives late
- The garment is returned but has been worn
Returns
All garments must be returned via the prepaid satchel provided, lodged over the counter at an Australia Post office by the final day of your hire period. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full return instructions.
