SHIPPING POLICY: White Wardrobe Hire
Postage & delivery
Postage is included in your hire fee — there are no additional shipping costs at checkout.
All garments are dispatched via Australia Post Express. We aim to send your order out early where possible to allow plenty of time for delivery before your event.
Estimated delivery times are determined by Australia Post and will vary depending on your location. We recommend allowing at least 3–5 business days for delivery. If you are in a rural or remote area, please allow additional time and contact us before booking so we can factor this in.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post. Please ensure you book with enough lead time to account for any potential delays.
Returning your garment
A prepaid, pre-labelled return satchel is included with your hire. All you need to do is pack the garment back into the satchel and lodge it over the counter at your nearest Australia Post office.
- Returns must be lodged over the counter at an Australia Post office — not via a street post box.
- Please obtain a lodgement receipt as proof of return and hold onto it until we confirm we have received the garment.
- If your return date falls on a Sunday, you may lodge it the following Monday morning.
